Once you click on the form below and fill it, we’ll be in touch with you within 48 hours to find out your specific requirements for a new hire. In 3-5 days from engagement, you’ll get 3 CVs, recruitment reports and competency test results. You’ll interview the applicants and select who you want to hire.
We send you 3 more applicants to interview and find one that fits the role.
No, we believe in cultivating a relationship with our partners and talents, hence, we follow up for the first 30 days, 90 days, half-year and 1st year. We believe that a good working relationship with both talents and partners helps us serve you better.
You pay when you have picked an applicant to hire. We choose to bear all the risk and trust that you’ll pay for our services when you get value – in this case – the right talent for the role.
We typically send 3 applicants/role and a maximum of 6 applicants if the client needs to see more applicants. We can send more, however, the applicants selected are usually pre-screened based on your specific requirements and we are convinced you can get the right fit after reviewing 6 applicants.
